Last F-4 Trap Photo -? For Screeners

Back in 1986 I took a photo of the last US Navy F-4 Phantom trap. The link is below.

Question is, given it is the ONLY photograph of this event, would there be any chance of it's acceptance. I do not have the original negative, that went to the Naval Archives, but I have an internegative and a print that can be reworked.

I love that picture. Of course, the Phantom is my favorite airplane so I'm a bit prejudiced, but certainly a cool picture.
