why when I upload photos for eg on the 4th of Nov the photo appeared in que on the 3rd Nov..thks

That is because of the site moving to the US and using their timezone as a reference now.. AFAIK

Just have a quick look at your upload time of the photos and you will see that it is not the 4th in the morning instead it is the third in the evening..
So your photo is uploaded correctly, just the reference is different...  Wink

As said AFAIK, hope I am not wrong..
