You know, I though this was just an aviation fan who had put this together right up to the very end credits when some A$$hole claims to be the photographer for the images.

Yup, some stern letters need to be written.

IMHO

They might have pulled it. I got half way through and it froze. After waiting a while with no download activity, I tried reloading the page but nothing happens.

Edit: Nevermind, it's working again. I'm not sure what happened though, I had no problems watching other videos on YouTube, so it wasn't a connectivity problem. Sorry for the false start.

The silly b*gger hasn't even had the energy to crop out the copyright bar!  scratchchin

Oh well,....I guess this is the back-draw with this whole YouTube-/Facebook-/...what-not-culture.

Those of you who have photos in there, login to YouTube, click the Flag link, and choose "infringes my rights - infringes my copyright".

Your right, but at least he gives credit to Airlines.net and he doesnt claim them to be his own photos.

"Airliners.net" didn't take the pictures and it would be almost impossible for a viewer to find the authentic photographer from his video if someone wanted to. But if you watched the video to the end, he does credit himself as being the photographer.

Ultimately photographers have the right to choose where and how their images are used. If a photographer doesn't want them in someone else's video, that's their right.

In the end, it says "Photos by Mustafa". Seems Mustafa downloaded them or something.

Sure is a copyright violation.

Cause you know the dude is making loads of cash off this single youtube video..

Seriously.. do you really care if some preteen on his moms computer took your pictures and put them on youtube with music? I could care less if he took credit for my photos for one of those rinky dink videos.

How is he doing that, exactly?

As of right now, it is a 'private video' and you must be his 'friend' to view it... What was the outcome of you guys e-mailing YouTube about removing it?
