Hey guys,

I've been struggling to get this picture accepted for a month now and I am kinda stumped to the reasons.
Amazingly the reason isn't my nemesis badquality but it seems that after I fix it, it gets kicked back for more and more other reasons to a point where eventually I get into a little trouble.
Normally I would consider scrapping the photo but my Korean blood compells me to push forth in hopes of making it through. I think you'll see why  Wink

This is the first upload where it got kicked back for badcenter.

This one was badsize and dirty. (Screener said that a bird in the distance beyond the nose was dust spot)

This one was badediting because I used the clone tool a little bit much on the bottom part of frame. (bird cloned out)

Out of the three, the 1st one was the original version which I have processsed and was meant for acceptance.
This is the one where I have the greatest confusion over because screener claims it is badcenter but my eyes show its okay. I've had no problems with this rejection for my other pictures and my own screening/self assesment I apply are usually good.
I'd just like a few eyes on my picture to see if I am right or wrong. For both horizontal and vertical panes of the shot.

Thanks.

B.

Hi Bo Kim

I would like to make it very clear that such cloning will not be tolerated and you should consider this message as a first warning from screening team. Future violations will lead to a ban.

Having a similar problem with a shot I'm trying to get in right now.

Rejected first for bad level, then a pinstripe border on the bottom, and then back to oversharpened. I understand that different screeners are screening the photo each time, but it would be nice if they could reject it for all three reasons at once instead of having me send it in 3 times.

None the less, I will keep trying, as I think it is a one of a kind shot!

Bo

Why did you not leave the bird in?
Anyway I congratulate you for owning up to it. Many do not despite bad cloning being evident.

It's well done but my eye was instantly drawn to that part of the image when opening up  Smile

Regards

Gary

Quoting BO__einG (Thread starter):
because screener claims it is badcenter

At first glance of the first shot you linked, the aircraft is clearly too far to the right (gap behind aircraft is much smaller than gap in front).

Quoting Bubbles (Reply 1):

yes yes I know, I guess I must of gotten a little carried away with the cloaning. Oh well, mistakes happen.
I dont have any problems mentiong stuff like this mostly because I've been uploading for a few years now and have gotten to know a number of you guys, including screeners. So a warning is no big deal, as long as I dont overuse the clone.

I guess I will start all over from the original and will try and see if I can fix the center issue. TZs comment is noted i will also check the horizontal planes.

Anyways thanks guys, Gary, I will leave the birdie in on my next upload attempt.
