First shot is very nice. It is, however, a bit soft. Tails on #3 and #4 are a bit blurry, as well.
Try leveling it correctly and then applying some more USM.
Second shot has too much clutter into it (background clutter). Also, the chopper receives the same light as the rest of the aircraft and equipment in the picture, so it gets a bit lost in all the elements that are part of the image.
Regarding the crop, if you´re going to cut the blades, cut them all the way and focus only on the body of the helo.
