I still see sunlight (shadows on the tarmac), so no DARK.
It's very blurry and subsequently very oversharpened to compensate (white lines surrounding the whole chopper), plus the use of some kind of noise reduction (in camera, or in postprocessing) and the very large size result in the blurry/quality rejection.
To be honest, I think you'd better keep this one for you personal collection.

I think the box DARK is the problem with your category rejection. There's a lot of posts about it, for example: Category Rejection (by B076 Aug 18 2007 in Aviation Photography)
As an advise, never select dark unless you are quite sure the sun is gone. Or even read NIGHT instead of DARK.
On the other hand... I like your camera approach, but the image is way too soft. Don't know if it's fixable.
