My guess would be that AirNav probably has a contract that allows them to do that. But maybe not.

Yeah ... from what i understand AirNav are a long time advertiser/Partner here on Airliners so i would imagine everything it pretty much ok .

Regardless of their advertising/partner history, those are copyrighted images used in a promotional video for Airnav. Anet does not have the legal rights to release those images for use, regardless of if the copyright banner is included or not. Unless Airnav contacted and worked out a sale with the individual photographers, the photographs used in that video were stolen.

Personally I hope that's not the case as I've had a pretty high respect for Airnav in the past.
