Hy all,
have recently received this rejection :

http://www.airliners.net/addphotos/r...ns/big/20071228_tam_a_maplensa.jpg

Rejected for level, quality and grainy.
Cannot figure out (except maybe for the level) where the problem stays.
Any help is appreciated.

Ciao

Hey LIPH,

I have to agree here. What did you use as reference to level the shot?

I can see a bit of grain the sky too. I have to say that the quality does look a little off compared to normal. Maybe a re-edit might do the trick? I don't know.

Level, I agree. Grain, non on my monitor. Quality, I think can be fixed. I would definitely try to rework it in PS.

Hi LIPH,
I also can´t see much grain, maybe a little bit, as Eadster has already said, in the sky. I don´t think it has a bad quality.

Quoting Eadster (Reply 1):

My ref for level is the pole behind the nose. Keep in mind that poles are never straight, bur are cone shaped...On my monitor that pole is perfectly straight. But if you look at the yellow sign "hold short" it could be that the pic would need a slight CW rotation.
That's really very fixable. But what about the other rejection reasons ?

Sure, it was a bit foggy and maybe the sky can look a bit grainy, but the main subject looks "grainy free" to me...

I don't even know where to start form. I mean, this edit, apart from the level issue, looks perfectly ok to me. The subject is crisp clear...
 Confused
