Hello all,

300 pictures............I am ready to retire now .........
at least for a couple of weeks.
I discovered airliners.net about 8 months ago and tried to upload pictures. As most of you I got a lot of rejects in the beginning. Very frustrating! My first pic was finally accepted back in March 2000. Ever since I have improved my photo skills, as well as my scanning skills.
It has been a lot of fun and I would like to take this as an opportunity to say thank you to Johan !
Even though I sometimes disagree with him on quality level of pictures he still does a damn good job!!!!!

Great website !!!!

***Congratulations to Vasco Garcia!***

I know how you feel Vasco as I near 300 pics as well. Airliners.net is the best site in the world. It gives us all the opportunity to show our work to the world.

Airliners.net is like a drug. Eversince I logged on it for the first time, I log on it almost everyday, I bought some new photographic equipment and have been improving my photography skills. Congrats to all the Admins of the site and keep up the good work!

Cheers from Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Congratulations Vasco !!
I really like every piece of your work !
Airliners.net is like a drug for me, too ... cannot sit at home for a couple of days without getting the urge to upload some pics .... even got me that far that I'm gonna buy a new scanner to improve the quality of my scans !!! And I bought mine less then a year ago ... and then there will be even more of my shots coming up ... but first i'll have to find a nice new toy ... ups ... mean scanner !
Vasco ... keep up the good work !!!!

All the best from the Olympic City,

Well done Vasco,

Keep the uploads coming. I am stuck on around two thousand and something uploads with little time to add more!!!

It is a great service that is provided by Johan in the form of www.airliners.net! Through your site we can show our photographs to the world.

As for you Frank, your photos are among my favourites of all time....now by me a beer!!!

Cheers for the second time from the Olympic City!!!

Craig and Frank,

if I look at your photos, you guys must be doing this for quite a long time now.
Your photos are among my favourites along with some others.

P.S. Frank, did I understand it correctly, are you buying beer for everyone at airliners.net ??????

we definitely have to get together some time. Even though you are stuck @ #99 your pic are awesome => quality vs. quantity.

Greetings from the Beantown City ( Boston )

Hi Vasco,

been uploading onto this site since about September last year ... as far as i can remember.

Beers .... that offer was actually limited to Mr. Murray ... but in case u wanna come Down Under we can certainly buy you a schooner, too !!!

Still the Aussie beer is by far not as good as the German beer ...

Bye for now ...

And its just another sunny @ Sydney ....

I would have to say Im very impressed with Craig, Frank and Vascos pictures. I love looking at the quality of the photos and now I'm also gettting addicted to this "drug". I've also gone out and chased some planes with my parents camera (Canon EOS 5000) and I've just recently tried to upload some pics from up here NQ. First 2 were rejected and now that I worked out how to get the better scan quality from my scanner I've tried again and am currently awaiting for Johans reply!

Congrats to all three of you and I really admire your work
