Centered Well yeah, that's the whole point of the photo, to show a running engine with flight deck.
Motive? Thought it was acceptable, but I guess not?
Screeners, I have another photo in the Q which fits these 2 criteria more than this one in my opinion. Is it even slightly possible that the wrong photo was rejected?

Hello Kas,
I agree to the rejection at least for the center issue... it looks too high to me.. Maybe you can try to crop closer to the fuselage at the bottom!
That probably would also help the motive, as than the nose gear wouldn't have been cut in the middle. But I don't known if it fixes the whole thing...
Do you have the chance to put the aircraft lower in the frame? Maybe that would look more balanced and better motiv wise!

Ok, I didn't take into account that it might be vertical centering. I do have some room for a closer crop. If that turns out to be the case, I'll have a look again when I get home this afternoon. Thanks for the reply Björn.

Kas.
This is a good photograph. Nicely balanced, draws the eye in nicely right to left, and nice detail in the cockpit.
I don't think there's anything wrong with the composition at all. Having the full nosegear included doesn't add anything to it - aesthetically its absence doesn't hurt - the viewer doesn't need to see all of it to know it's there.
Centreing wise, as I've said before when the composition works I don't really understand this rejection reason, so I don't know what to add.

Hi Kas,
I would also say that there is not much wrong with the composition. It's a nice picture. You could say that it is a bit high in the frame and you should crop a bit tighter but it doesn't bother me at all.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I've made another edit, this time I cropped it as close as I could:
How does it look now? (doesn't make much difference for me to be honest, but if it fixes the centered rejection, fine )
Tim, could you maybe point out those areas? Although, I was under the impression that blurry can't be fixed. Is that correct or not?
