First, I'd like to apologize for adding to the large number of 'is this acceptable' threads, but I've got an unanswered question , as well as a new one.

I originally posted this in the forum, before the 'new creative rules' and got a number of 'great shot, but not allowed here' responses. I also posted this in the large 'new creative rules' thread but didn't get an answer. I'd be glad to have a screener's opinion on this one.

Second shot is something different, that may now be acceptable with the new rules:

I'm just gonna say one thing that everyone seems to get onto me about - it never hurts to try. Give 'em a go and see what you can make of it.

I doubt if either motive would be acceptable. The composition of the first shot is awkward. THe smoke in the second shot is over-exposed.

checkmark  You will never know what happens when you don't try.. I you think they are great shots add them and let the screeners decide! There is a comment field where you can put in why you upload this unconventional shot and then wait and see!
What is the worst case that can happen? The shot gets rejected and your acceptance ratio drops 2%.. So what.. I sometime can't understand why people are so afraid to get a rejection?

Cheers

I'd try them. As mentioned you never know.
