I agree with all the rejected reasons except maybe from the "oversharp" one...which is always very tricky to tell.
If you look, the aircraft is set in the frame too much in the forward part of it : too much dead space in the back part.
Common, well, yes, I'm not the one suppsed to confirm you that, but a screener surely knows how common is...
Anyway it can be surely fixed if you want...Keep in mind that common shots need extra quality to get in...

This is not a bad picture, and the comments by the screeners are just telling you what you should improve on it to have it accepted. Just a better centered crop and a bit more careful sharpening/erasing, and you should be fine!
