Dear friends:
I am going to get a new lens for Christmas, and i have 2 options:
Cosina 100-300mm, f 5.6, which costs about $110
Vivitar 75-300mm, f 4.5-5.6, which costs about $155
Which one would you get? my camera is a Yashica 109 SLR, and i don´t know if it is good enough in order to feel the difference between both lenses. Would i see a better quality in the Vivitar lens?
Help me, please

I have a Cosina 100-400, which gives quite nice results. It's a bit slow though. I have no experience with Vivitar, but they've been around long enough that they cannot be all bad (there is enough competition that companies making extreme crap disappear quickly).
