Radiocockpit Site (Copyright Violation?)

I was looking at the Radiocokpit site (http://www.radiocockpit.com/) and noticed that the thumbnail of an Airliners.net Concorde picture was used in a news. I had no reason to believe it the photographer wasn't asked until I saw this "Source de l'image : www.airliners.net" which doesn't sound like overly encouraging. I would presume a photographer would at least ask for is name.
