It also got nicked for center and common. Both of which I don't disagree with after looking closer, yes it's high in the frame, I see that now. The motive part baffles me though, was it because of cropping the left wing?

If you can centre it more, that will help (check distance from nose of plane to top of image, and tail of plane to bottom of image). That's my strategy for these kinds of images.
However, the common and motive rejections will seal the fate of this image I think. Motive for the crop, common for obvious reasons. Sorry.

Motive rejection is for the crop - either show all the wing and horizontal stabiliser, or crop right up to the end of the fuselage. Either would be acceptable, but your original crop falls between the two:
