Hi folks,
I went spotting to ZRH two weeks ago. I took quite a nice shot of a SWISS A320 with special scheme.
I would like to know if using the fuselage line for centering (top/bottom) would be a suitable thing to do. some people have told me on another forum I should have the tail and fron gear be equidistant to the image border but I think too much of the background would be seen in this case! What advice do you give me ?

Yes a touch of CW rotation as Karl says, centre your crop just below the window line. Watch out for the cmos spots you have there. Also bear in mind this is a very common aircraft so the quality will have to be really good (watch the soft nose!).

What losers did you find to go spotting with, I wonder?!?!? Hahaha. Hope you're doing well, glad to see you came out with a good shot of her. Mine was terrible!

This is open to interpretation and while, as Jid says, cropping just below the window line is the norm, I tend to like my aircraft a TINY bit lower in the frame and tend to center just ABOVE the window line. I would look through the site for similar images from the ZRH terrace, and see what the most common is from this angle.
Hope it gets in!!!! I have some of mine from GVA in the queue and once those go through screening I will put up some ZRH ones.

Hey Antonis
nice to hear from you ! Hope you got back all right! As for me everything is good here! My other shots were mostly bad due to the conditions but some of them came out really good.
thanks everyone for the advice
Cheers
