I have uploaded several photos but they have all been rejected due to an "error," and I would appreciate any help in trying to resolve the problem. Although the upload itself goes smoothly, apparently the screeners are unable to see the full-size version of the photo. When I go into the "My Upload Queue Photos" section of the site, I am able to see each photo in small format on that page, but when I click on "Medium" or Large" all that comes up is a small red "x" in the upper left corner of the screen. I am certain that my files are correctly named and that the size is within the limits of the site. This, of course, is quite frustrating, especially since it takes about 10 days to even get the "error" rejection after uploading! Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how were you able to fix it?
