Just being impatient and wondering what the chances are of this image being accepted?

None right now, it's too low and soft in a lot of places. If you center it correctly and address the sharpening it may have a pretty good chance.

You may also want to reduce the size to hide some of the flaws.

I'll have a play with it. Now you mention the composition issue, it sticks out a mile! I'm determined to get my photos on airliners.net, but not before time.


What is the minimal resolution for airliners.net?

Without seeing the original it's hard to tell for sure if it has a great chance or not.

Now the plane is a bit too high and some areas are over sharpened, look at the STAR ALLIANCE title, end of the right wing, and the tail.
