7 out of 7 images (uploaded and accepted)

Did I get better with the editing or was it pure luck?

Just a small selection, who ever wants to see the other ones, be my guest.....

Interesting enough the pictures itself seems to be "not so popular".....(less traffic = less hits?) I thought they would be more popular....

Not that I really care about hits. Just curious!

Very nice, I really like the BA aircraft with the birds. I also saw the shot of the wheel well this morning and really liked it. Good Work!

Great shots!

One comment, the one of the aircraft on final looks like 744, A330, 744, A330.

I love the wheel well shot as well! Makes you wonder how people can stow themselves in there, though!

I also don't care that much about hits but I admit I thought this one would be much more popular, when it got accepted:

I got 13 out of 13 accepted last week, which I was rather chuffed about, yet my ratio only went up by 2%! I think I understand how it works but I thought I'd get more credit than that!

Few weeks before, however, I had 9 consecutive rejections - 7 in one go!

Guess it's just the way it goes sometimes.....

Very nice. I have 5 in the queue right now that I feel fairly confident about. All panning shots with motion blur in the background from a garage top spot.

We'll see how I fare with the screeners.

Lovely photos, well done!

While we're celebrating... For the first time ever, I managed to get my acceptance ratio on the upload page up to 90% Big grin

This NK A321 did the trick:

(Thought I'd better post before my next photos get rejected and the rate drops to 80-something again...)

Quote:
Based on your 50 most recently screened photos: Accepted: 45 Rejected: 5
Acceptance Ratio: 90% Photos in DB: 581 In upload queue: 2
Photos allowed in upload queue: 35 Photo uploads available: 33 Why?

With all those upload spots, I sure hope something interesting comes in this weekend, and I'm already annoyed that my schedule won't allow me to head to the airport tomorrow, 'cause lately CU brought in the Tu-204 on a lot of Fridays.

Also, cheers to the screeners for bringing and keeping the Q below 4K. I forgot how much fun it was to have almost "instant gratification."  champagne

So V, when are you going to nail some good shots?

 Silly

The vertical shot of the line up riding the 25R ILS is fantastic, nice work mate.

Yes, you started a thread about it in which I gave an explanation of how the system works.
It still works the same  Big grin

Those are difficult to get through, good luck!

And, yes, I also think hits are less than they used to be.

Cheers,

I don't think its that, I think the faster moving queue is a double edge sword, the more photos they move, the less time the photos spend in the first few pages. So say if they move 500 photos a day, by the end of the day you're photos are 12 pages back. Not too many people go through 12 pages of photos a day.

I agree with Mario, as this Photo scares me...

I love it! But the wheel well of the MD11 is a sight that would put the fear of God into anyone! It's a cave underneath there!!
