Don't have exact details but 15/10/08 QF6006 departs SYD for MEL and QF6007 arrives ADL 08:25 from MEL
Can't be positive that is the A380 but it fits the pattern.... likely 16-17/10 same plan.

Cheers

If your camera sends text messages, that could explain why your photos are rubbish!

I found this on the JetSpotters forums under the Melbourne section:

7th October. 1240arr, 2 Flights around MEL, 1730dep, 2010arr, 2035dep
9th October. 0730arr, 0755dep, 1035arr, 1 Flight around MEL, 1345dep
11th October. 1240arr, 1 Flight around MEL, 1430dep
12th October. 0730arr, 0755dep, 1035arr, 1220dep, 1500arr, 2 Flights around MEL, 2035dep
15th October. 0730arr, 0755dep, 1035arr, 1220dep, 1500arr, 2 Flights around MEL, 2035dep
16th October. 0730arr, 0755dep, 1035arr, 1220dep, 1500arr, 2 Flights around MEL, 2035dep
17th October. 0730arr, 0755dep, 1035arr, 1220dep, 1500arr, 2 Flights around MEL, 2035dep
20th October. 1115dep to LAX (Fisrt schedule flight)

I advise checking the forum out to see if there are any later updates to these times there is an A380 thread.

Sorry you missed the A380 yesterday Grafxworld.

An update was posted on the JetSpotter forums today, looks like all further visits to ADL has been cancelled, I don't know the details.
