Dude, is this all you do in your spare time? Search through Flickr for stolen photos?
Um, haven't spent a great deal of time going through the links you provided, but this particular link points me to a photo that appears to be taken by the individual hosting it on Flickr. Check the name out...

Look, we appreciate your diligence in tracking 'stolen' photos, and of course nobody likes to have their photos used without permission, but let's just take it easy.
First of all, as mentioned above, some of those shots on flickr are taken by the guy posting them! Did you even look at the name? Bill Timmins. Same as in the database:
All of the Simpsons planes are not even full size, just 600pix. They're not being used for commercial purposes, so I don't see much point in getting upset about it, especially given they're not even your photos. Seeing as how you're not garnering much of a response with your posts about flickr here, I think you can stop, with our gratitude for having made an effort to put things right. If the photographers concerned want to take the issue up with flickr, let them. Your work is done. Thank you!

First off i would like to apologize to Bill for stating he stole his own photo, secondly i am not getting upset, but the bottom line is that these photos have been used without permission and this thread is not the first about Flickr users stealing photos from airliners.net
Dlowwa, give the guy a break many people have started threads about stolen photos many times before and this case is no different.
Koryo is a new member and is just trying to help out,
you even said In the thread Photography Forum Not As Active/fun Any More?, "So in short, I can't really offer you any reasons, but like you, I would be glad to see a more active (and TOLERANT of NOVICES) forum."
your post above was not very tolerant of Koryo ,a novice

Let's keep it in perspective here, not all users of Flickr steal photos. I use it quite heavily and have all my photos on there. Both shots on here and shots not on here.
I fully understand and agree, in my post I did not intend to say all Flickr users steal photos but only some do, and secondly i have no problem with airliners.net photographers posting their photos on Flickr and once again I apologize to Bill and I enjoy and will continue to enjoy his photos whether they are posted on airliners.net of Flickr.

Koryo
