Quoting NIKV69 (Thread starter): Tis has become the epitome of a spotter in the short time I have known him. Check out his shots and one may even forget he shoots them with an Oympus!
You manage to take a stab at my non-Nikon-ness even in congratulations, huh? Haha.
Thanks, Nick, it's been awesome learning the ropes with you.
While I'm here I also want to send out thanks to a few people who have helped my photography get where it is. Firstly, thanks to Paul Markman, whose help with editing were crucial in getting my first few shots accepted. Secondly, thanks to a couple of the Swiss spotters who organized a GVA get-together back in 2006 that cemented my passion for aviation photography. Those guys are Philippe Ballerstedt, Mike Steffen, Omar Saffe, and a few other members whose real names I never found out (Teahan and Jumbolino). It was an awesome day and accounted for two of my first three images on the website! Last but not least, the thread-starter, Nick Vollaro. I promise, one day I'll get out to LAS with you! Thanks, man, a whole ton!

Gracias, Gastón!!
I am very amused at the lack of interest in this thread. Nick, I guess you were right. My name needs to get out there a bit more...haha. Maybe if I tell everyone I'm Sam Chui from now on it'll work better...hope that's OK with you, Sam!

I remember you Tis .
Many congratulations on this achievement. Very kind of you to recall those early editing experiences and to say as much here - I am very glad to have been able to help in some small way.
I look forward to seeing many more of your photos.
Tis did you pick up on this typo? Could you tell I was rushing to get to LAS?

Not a problem, Paul. With all the help you gave me at the get-go it was the least I could do. And believe me, I plan on coming to MAN one day and soliciting your services as a guide!

Thanks, Alejandro!!! I'll definitely let you know when I'm around. You, me, and Braulio should do a spotting trip. I'll get that passion back for you. Got a few shots accepted today from ZRH on the rainy, rainy day we went, and some from the next day when you weren't around and the sun was!
