New Emailadress Decreases Upload-limits?

Posted (5 years 4 months 1 week 4 days 15 hours ago) and read 2238 times:

A few weeks ago I have changed my e-mailaddress on A.net.

It seems that my upload limits as a photographer have changed as well. In the past I could see how many pics I had in the queue and what my upload-slot was, but now everything shows "0".

Even with 35 pics in database; on the upload page it still shows "0".
Did I have to start from the begining now, with only 2 uploads possible at once, or thid I miss something?

I've had that problem, too. What happens is that the new e-mail account is for your everyday a.net username in the forums and stuff. Your photographers e-mail has not been changed. Thus a.net thinks you have no pics in the d/b. I think it was support@airliners.net who then sorted it out for me.

Think changing your profile email to the same as your photographer might solve that problem. Give it a try
