Like I said, the overall quality is just really low. Not only do you have something blocking part of the aircraft, but there's also too much noise, the contrast is off, and yes, it's pretty soft with lots of detail smearing. No edit will fix those issues.
One for the personal collection for sure, as there's no chance for acceptance to a.net.
