Photo Locations At FRA: Subject To Change?

Heard on the grapevine that due to construction for the new terminal on the old USAF site, that 25L/25R arrival shots may not be possible in the future. Moreover, the runway 18 spot may be subject to alteration due to road widening (being extended from 2 to 4 lanes). Does anyone have further detail or a likely timetable? Please correct if these rumours are false.

Possible yes but no pics on the ground due to a new fence being built.

Thanks for the reply. Simply not good. I imagine the road will be used for construction traffic, hence the need to double fence.
