AIRLINERS.NET CREW HEAD SCREENER
Quoting ElDanno (Reply 2): How long's it take to get a photo accepted?
Currently looking at about an 8 or 9 day wait to get a photo screened.
Now getting said photo accepted, that will depend on the quality. If the quality's good, then it will be accepted after having been screened, if the quality's no good, it won't be.

Thanks for all the nice comments, guys.
Quoting Dlowwa (Reply 1): ... that's quite the start, and is going to be hard to follow up, but good luck, and keep 'em coming!
Quoting Cpd (Reply 3): That's some good competition you've beaten too - the MiG with the creative turbulent wake, 747 overhead view and a derelict looking A380.
I think I just lucked out this time around because of the unique subject matter as opposed to the aesthetic quality of the image (there really isn't any). I'm guessing it's just functionally interesting to see two major runways shut down at a busy airport like SFO. I thought twice about submitting it but was rewarded this time around. Third time's a charm I guess--my previous two submissions didn't make the cut.
