I know this website is really strict on copyright material. I saw this user page on eBay today who was selling airplane diecast models as well as other items. Under the model he had real pics of the aircraft. On a hunch I decided to check our database and there were all the pics which he used. What was really disturbing is that the photos on his page are copyrighted by him and they have his watermark as well. And on some of his items he claims that after a purchase, he can send original copies of those real pictures to the buyer upon request. While I know Someone can request to use a photo from a photographer, can they distribute them to others?

I advise you to contact the respective photographer to make him/her aware about this situation. The photographer owns the rights for the photos. For this reason, it's best to contact the photographer directly.
If the photographer has not given the Ebay seller permission to use those photos, then he/she may contact Ebay to have the listing removed.
