These photos are not great quality because they were taken through a window, but do they have a chance if edited?
Also, would it be more likely to be accepted due to its 'specialness'

1. Soft, contrast, dark
2. You'd definitely want to centre this correctly. There's way too much "dead space" around the plane. Possibly needs to be brighter and sharper too.
3. Brightening up the dashboard would be a start. But I don't think the depth of field is big enough to really get this pic accepted.
4. Quality is definitely too poor. Crop could be better too.
5. The plane's definitely too small in this picture, let alone being blurry. Also I'm not sure if they like square crops: it's ideal if you keep it to a 3:2 ratio or a 4:3 one.
6. Blurry, soft, grainy, contrast. You need to work out the manual modes on your camera to be able to get the best out of it. Ditto for the remaining pictures.
8. Could also do with a better crop as well as above points mentioned.
"Specialness" won't do with the quality of these images unless it was something like a crash and you were the only one to capture it.
Manual modes are the key to getting good pictures. Using auto mode gives the camera the control over everything and it "thinks" it's taking a good picture. Where in actual fact by using a manual mode, you can at least set the ISO speed to 100 and pictures won't come out as grainy as they have been.
