Again I hope you all are not getting irritated with all my questions. I submitted my first pic... Not sure if it will excepted but if not I am taking it as a learning experience. But my question is my I looked up the status and it says "Left for Johan" is he a special review screener? My picture is the only waiting for this screener. Thanks a million.

Just a note. I did do a search on what "Left for Johan" means and from what i understand he is the Main Screener? And my picture is in question?
Now bare with me. I submitted this picture so i can learn the process. If it sets excepted great if not I have learned how to submit a pic. I am a winner either way. Just need to know what that means.

It's old, Johan used to own the site. DM has never bothered to change it, I belive it means just left for special scrrening by the head screeners.

They are averaging about 1000 pics a day it seems. Are you sure your pic is left for Johan and not in the regular queue? When it says that it doesn't mean it's yours. It means there is a pic sitting in his queue.

Well I looked and I can figure out is that the one left for johan is mine. I am more then sure it will get rejected. Like I said it was a learning experience. But I was wondering what it means and why it needs a special screener.

To my knowledge, I have never had a photo "left for Johan." So...I don't know exactly how things would appear if one is left for him but my guess is this...

If one of your photos were in the Johan queue, it would say so above instead of "photos not screened yet."
What you see is what everyone sees. Everyone sees that one photos is left for Johan. It does not mean that everyone has a photo left for Johan.
According to the info you have provided, your images simply have not come up for screening yet. Follow the dates and the corresponding activity. Then note the date of your upload and you will have an idea of how long you have to wait until your photos are screened.

Your images hav'nt hit screening yet,Your first one will probably be screened in the next 1-2days & I checked both images & they wont end up in the Head screeners que.
"Left for Johan" are images which are screened & discussed by the 4 head screeners & these images are the more creative & pushing the boundary images....
