70-300 VR
$550 or so, rarely goes for below $500. Don't get the cheaper G version, which can be seen for $150, as quality is much worse.
If you can't afford the 70-300 VR, look a the 55-200 VR It goes for $220 or so. There's a cheaper non-VR version too, though IQ is slightly worse than the VR version, without VR factored in.
