I have the chance to go to Jersey, Channel Islands this summer and whilst there would have time to fit in some aviation photography. However, I can't seem to find too much information on the internet of where to take photos from and what time of the day to do so. Would anyone be able to give me some advice on where to take photos from this airport, please?

As you know, I went a couple of years ago with chappers. I would highly recommend giving Aviation Beauport a ring or email, as we were lucky enough to get a tour of the hangars, aircraft and some of the apron near the terminal.
Without contacting anyone, there is (was?) a viewing area airside of the terminal with a view over the whole airport and the runway. You can get some good shots from there but the windows are very slightly tinted. Doesn't take much to correct it in photoshop though.
Apart from that there is a flying club at the 27 end of the runway, with a balcony and some fantastic views. Most of the photos from 2009 by Thomas Brackx look like they're taken from there (including the BMI photo you posted)
