Well done Andy, congrats! And... keep walking this way!
Then, I noticed that most of your pictures were taken in Turin LIMF: I live nearby Milan, so I'm thinking on having a trip there (only 1 hour and a half to to get to Caselle)...
But before going I'd be very happy to know some details about the airport:
1. which are the best spotting points?
2. what is the traffic like? I mean, is it various or there are only a few airlines operating there?
3. What about the heavies (cargos as well)? Are there a lot of them coming during the day (bear in mind that I'm likeli to go in Turin during the week end)?

Yeah Teo, I live in Turin, about 15 km far from the airport, I'm used to go to TRN for spotting on Saturays and Sundays in this period for the winter charter flights...
Quoting teopilot (Reply 1): 1. which are the best spotting points?
First of all, the one in the shot is one of the most beautiful SP of TRN, located near the beginning of runway 36.
From there you can see all the aircraft landing on 36 and all the ones that depart from there.
When the sky is clear and weather forecasts say you CAVOK most of all I advice you to go there for spotting because you can add that wonderful background to that magnificent pieces of metal.
So, for me it's a gold medal spotting point.
There are also other spotting points, if you want to know other information please don't hesitate to ask me for..
If you see all my shots you can notice that the side on shot of the Sukhoi SSJ 100 was taken from another great SP located to the NE of rwy 36.
If you want some other details about I'd be glad to show them, also personally,,,

The airtraffic here is pretty various but... the best days for spotting in this period are Sundays mornings because of the arrivals of the winter seasonal charters from England (about 12/13 every Sunday from mid December to the end of March).
So this is the best period in the year for spotting here I think... I advice you to come here for spotting as soon as possible...

Mhhhh,,, Cargos are very rare here, sometimes it happens that Airbus Belugas come here to carry for Alenia Aerospazio, other times it happens that jumbos carry some motorcycles fot superbike World Cahmpionship, other WB also arrive carrying military troops.
Let me know if you want some other information, I'll waiting for you next weekends..

Congrats Andy! Keep them coming!
You couldn't get a better background than this nature beauty. Mountains are really pretty! I can imagine when all this grass will get green and sky gets blue! And certainly the most important piece on photo-airplane
