As you are aware some of the automated acceptance / rejection emails are not being received when your photo is screened. I would like to ask for your assistance so we can look into a solution for you.
If you've had an image accepted or rejected over the past week and did not receive an email could you please send me the following;
- The date the shot was screened
- If accepted, the photo ID number
- if rejected, the upload ID number if you have it.
If you could send these to me either via my profile or an email to email@example.com it would be appreciated.
