I had several cases where my photos were used on websites without my permission, but that what I found yesterday beats everything. I searched Google for my URL in order to see from where it is linked to my page and found an homepage looking almost exactly like mine. This guy stole the whole website with my design and graphics. He modified the logo and replaced my name with his name.

ok, the photos (of aircrafts) are not stolen. He "only" took the design, the graphics and the logo (ok in the logo there are 4 small photos, but i dont care about them). I wonder whether I should do something at all ??? He made up a totally CRAP website. Nobody every wants to look at this, so why should i care?
Should I care? I dont know....
I think, its not as bad as stealing photos although its pretty stupid for sure...(designing own websites is not that difficult)...

Stefan, the photos I was referring to were the ones in the logo. I wouldn't expect to get any money from the guy, but I think you should ask him to remove the webpage if you don't like him using your design.

Has anyone ever seen "jay and silent bob strike back" ?? Well, for those of you that have you'll appreciate this idea... I think we need to somehow find out where all these stupid people live and go on a massive ass-kicking spree... this gets aggrivating after a while...

Another VERY popular site being ripped off...
http://www.worldnews.com/ magically turned into http://www.airsafetyonline.com/. Dan Rupp, the owner of "Air Safety Online," has also been contacted by myself, as well as others from this forum, for illegally using our images on his website. He was also prosecuted by Reuters News Services for using their articles on his website without paying.
