Been a few years since I was there , perhaps others have more recent information but here goes.
Naples Airport is very extensive, having been built as a WWII air training base, so distances from the passenger terminal to where the general aviation base area is, are long, too far for any meaningful photos of activity at the other area. The passenger terminal had photo unfriendly fences,- if you do not have a ladder. The GA area is very extensive, running a long way parallel to the main road but most aircraft are in hangars, open sun shelters, or under protective cockpit covers. Take a look on Google. Very limited photo ops unless actually on the ramp here due to awkward angles. Lots of bizjets not too keen on photos here, - in case word gets out Mr Bigshot is by the pool and not at his desk.
The mosquito control aircraft used to be in a third west area, approached by a long road through woods, that ends at a dead end gate, giving only limited views of their ramp.
So all in all, perhaps the best photo sites are on approach or take off.
Nearby Marco Island Airport has better views over the fence, but aircraft park in long rows which means photos of the further away aircraft are hard.
Consider going to Kermit Week's Fantasy of Flight near Lakeland, expensive but interesting. Enjoy.
