Where To Find " Comment To Screeners Box"

Help please friends... I have had a photo rejection which I have now corrected and want to upload again. But as suggested in the 'Rejection Guide' I should add a note in the "Comment to Screeners Box".

But where do I find the "Comment to Screeners box????. I must be blind but can not find it on the photo upload page. Please help.

The box is on the second page of uploading where you also select categories.
