Hi all,

I was wonder what the best light metering setting is for bankingshots?
Is spotmetering the solution for the best/most accurate metering in this case? (you have a relative small surface to meter in front of a big "blue" sky)

Any thoughts?

Thx for the input.

Daniel

In sunny, "blue sky" conditions, I only ever use Matrix metering on my Nikons. In more difficult (duller) conditions, I'll either use centre-weighted or use my light meter. I don't think I've ever used spot metering for aviation.
