Spotting At CDG

Hi all,

I planned to spot at CDG within a few months time, can someone tell me how to get the permit form the local government and if I can write the letter in English. Thanks

I've e-mailed my application for the permit to xavier.huby@seine-saint-denis.pref.gouv.fr. Did it in English, had the permit in my (real life) mailbox about two weeks later.
