Still Problems With The Upload Counter

Just to make the admins aware that there still is a problem with the upload counter, in my case I have 34 photos in the queue but it counts 44, so I can't upload any further images. This had been a problem a while ago when there were other major problems with the site, but since I believe most issues have been sorted out, I'm surprised that this problem continues to exist. I'd appreciate having this looked into - and ideally fixed. Thanks!
