McChord AFB Spotting?

Are there any good spots for McChord AFB photography? Also, are there any legal issues?

I have never really found a good spot other than the biz parking lots north of the field. Now that they have drilled the road through on the north end they don't like you parking on it. If I park in one of the biz lots I always ask if they mind. No one has ever told me go away. Most of the time they thank me for asking. I would suggest stay away from the fence line. The AF really doesn't like it.
