In view of the recent excellent reports from South America I have contacted the manager of the Matiz Hotel via our plane spotting hotels website and confirmed that he is willing to allow plane spotters and photographers access to the roof top area.

The manager requires an email notification a couple of days prior to arrival explaining what you are doing and then he will ensure that you get roof access with no hassles.
