Hello,

I don't receive the screening emails for ages and would like to know why? My Spam Filter is off, so I would be very happy for any other suggestions / help.

You probably have to update your e-mail adress, as changes was made last year.

Happened to me, for ages actually, but somehow starting 2013 I get every single mail, and upload confirmation.

I think it is a common and well known error. From time to time I receive a screening mail but mostly (90%) not.


So the only way is to take a look at photographer's corner.

Hey guys,

yes, the error is known and quite unfortunate.

Often the email providers block mails coming form an airliners.net email address and it often helps if you check with your provider and allow an exception for airliners.net.

Another alternative, as already said above, is to change to another email address (e.g. I use yahoo and never had any issues except for some isolated cases).

Now I changed my email adress for a second time but to my gmail account, hope it works!
