Was hoping to get some photos at the viewing lot later this week, but the forecast is clouds Thursday and maybe rain by Friday, and windy. Of course, sometimes on and off rain can mean interesting light. From experience from any Vegas regulars, could this weather pattern mean just cloudy and blah light, and not worth it?
