Hello,
Recently I started Plane Spotting at Anchorage. I was wondering if anyone here also Plane Spots at ANC? Is there an Anchorage Plane Spotting website/facebook page?

-thank you

Dwight

Spotters wiki has a decent Anchorage page it seems like. I am going to be out there myself starting this Sunday, so any additional info that someone may have would invest me as well.

For the lazy:

I'd add to watch out for the wild life. I've had numerous rendezvous with Moose around ANC in years past. People get stomped by moose inside Anchorage city limits frequently. So don't find yourself between a mother and her calf.

Thanks for the tip, I will have to keep an eye out when I am there next month.

Check out the parking lot on top of the Chevy dealer next to PAMR. I no longer live in Anchorage, but miss the C-46 that would occasionally fly over my apartment.
