I am looking to purchase a new lens for my Nikon D7000 to complement the Sigma 150-500mm since 150mm is a bit too much at certain spotting locations. I am hoping to get something that would also be my primary shooting lens for everyday stuff, something in the range of 35-150mm. I am on a pretty tight budget so I can't afford to drop a grant on the Nikon 24-120mm for example. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks everyone!

The 55-200 VR looks interesting, for some reason I didn't notice it when browsing through all the lenses. It is pretty cheap and should cover my needs at this point. I have an older Sigma 17-70mm f2.8-4.5 so the Nikon 55-200 VR should fit perfectly in the gap that's between my two Sigmas. Thanks clickhappy!
