First AA A321 enroute to LAX as AA9767. ETA 1325LT.

I understand its part of opportunity for staff to become familiar with type and its ground handling.
Also next week there will be a PR event to show off the new interior.

How long will it stay at LAX? Will it be flying in and out for the next few days or just be on the ground?

I'm not complaining, I'm critiquing...

It officially starts on Jan 7th, with 2 A321s in each direction a day. Now it would also be nice to know when the first non transcon A321 comes.

Will these A321s be dedicated only to LAX, JFK, and SFO? - will all maintenance and checks be done at one of these three stations? or will they rotate the fleet through DFW?

IIRC the "B" checks will be done at JFK. All stations will perform line maintenance. LAX will maintain 757 and 767 B checks.. SFO will have 737 B checks.

Did it come from DFW? I was driving through the airport and saw something that could make out as a A321 taking off. It had the new logo, sharklets, everything that could be an A321. That was around 1:50 to 2:10pm, so if anyone has info, I would like to know if I witnessed that flight. Thanks
