Olympus C2100 And Win XP

Hello,

I'm a Olympus C2100 UZ owner and and I'm very happy with it...
But it doesn't work with my brand new PC (win XP operating system). I know that some people on airliners.net have the same camera and I would be pleased if someone could help me.

Well, to be honnest,

The Olympus software doesn't work on almost all PC's.
I am also a happy C2100 user, but the person were I bought it had to come to me to work a bit on my computer. What he just did, I don't know anymore but it just took 2 minuts to fix it. Almost every PC has problems with it.

I don't have a 2100, but I have a C700, and it works just fine with my windows xp pro. I don't even use the olympus software (maybe I don't know what I'm missing, but I don't see a need for it.) Windows sees the camera as a massive USB storage device, and you can take the pictures straight from the "drive." It works well for me.

I have windows xp and an Olympus 2100 uz camera and useing the software without a problem.

What is the problem you af AF A380? Error messages etc would help to solve.
