According to ananova, the first trip for the new colours will be a MAN-TFS service next Friday, 22nd March - I might just make the effort, camera in hand, if the weather looks like being nice.

As far as I know the first aircraft that is planned to be painted in the new livery is a new Airbus A321 (c/n 1707; G-OZBE). This aircraft is currently being painted in the paintshop at XFW and scheduled for delivery in early April, so I doubt that it will operate this flight.
Does anybody know about a Monarch aircraft that is currently being repainted?

Always MAN gets the 1st things - neva LGW!!!
Well, this time XFW gets it. This plane has to fly to MAN first and therefore the spotter here at Hamburg have the first chance to shoot it (unless it is unpainted and gets painted at MAN which is very unlikely).
It is now confirmed that G-OZBE will be delivered to MAN on Thursday or Friday next week, so this plane is definitely the first one in the new Monarch livery.

The first aircraft in the new livery is apparently a 757 G-MONE I think which will be at Manchester. G-OZBE is to go to Luton on delivery for post delivery work at the end of the month

G-MONE is due back into MAN tonight after dark, and is then meant to do an overnight trip ex MAN, returning to MAN tomorrow morning at 06-something, and then position down to LGW. Its due back in MAN for ops early next week.

I'm sure it won't be long before somebody photographs it in the sun! Now the next airline for a makeover is apparently Air 2000 and the B757 that is parked at MAN in a hybrid Royal/Canada 3000 scheme is supposed to be the first one and will be G-OOOZ
