This shot of mine has far more hits than I would expect (2600 as of today...ok, so it's a -300 but come on!).

There was a gentle increase up until about 6 months ago when it went mad. I suspect it is hot-linked from a site somewhere out there on the net.

I'd be interested to know if anyone knows which site...

Thanks,
Dean

Never thought of that one before, that is possible. Maybe somebody is using it for some advertisement without permission? Well good luck, and nice shot btw.

I have one which has suddenly woken up and is accumulating hits at a well above average rate. After seeing your message I tried finding links via various serach engines, but no luck (though I admit I didn't spend much time at it).

Cheers,

Colin

I don't think it's hotlinked because I tried hotlinking an A.Net picture severals months ago and it came out with that A.Net logo.

Yeah I have a metro that shot up over 2000 hits. Very strange it was. A boring photo sitting in my top 15 downloads. It was hard to justify to my friends  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Not bad if it's directing people to your shot on airliners.net!
