Hi again everyone.

I just got back a bunch more photos from my trips and tried submitting ones that were all cleaned up.. 5 have gotten rejected and 1 passed on to Johan. Please let me know how I can improve these:

"low esthetics"

"showing people" What should I do? I had gotten permission to take photos up there...

"low quality"

"low esthetics""

"low esthetics"

Thanks!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

The shots with the wingtips covering a part of the plane won't make it... I already tried...

Last one is cut of front and back and has little contrast
I like the t/o shot a lot

Why yes, in fact, I am a rocket scientist...

Thank you Jeremy for the response. I was very excited to get back those Eva Air shots, its a shame a.net doesn't like them  Sad Maybe once I but a negative scanner I will try to get them to HQ and appeal them to Johan if they are rejected again...

Thanks for liking the SFO takeoff shot, its a shame that one is "low quality" I'll see what I can do, I think its just the prints that causes it...

I have a zoomed out version of the last photo (Regina, YQR) that I submitted, It might get accepted because it shows the tail as well and an added bonus of a King Air rotating..

thanks, please keep the replies coming everyone!

In my opinion, the three shots which were rejected for "low esthetics" don't have any chance. Appealing won't help. The wingtip in #1 distracts the picture a lot, #4 looks very strange (at a first glance it looks as if the wingtip was added with Photoshop) and the cut off tail in #5 also distracts the whole picture.

If you're able to get rid of the noise in the sky and brighten up the colours a bit, #3 certainly has a chance, but nowadays those kind of shots need to be excellent quality, so keep trying.

Regarding the people: Do you also have permission to publish the pilots on the internet?

Good Luck!
